Thank you Field tech Chris R . Chris found the issue with the sewer line . His equipment kept stopping at the same place in the sewer line The street had new water lines installed . The new water line broke my existing sewer line at the main connection . Chris marked the area in white paint . The water line company sent a crew out to repair the line . The X marks the spot was dead on . It only took 2 hrs to repair instead of 4 to 6 hrs . Thank you for a job well done .
Great service, knowledgeable, fast & same day. Needed one yard drain cleared. Cost seemed high at $500+. Understand the need to pay for techs time and overhead/equipment, but I believe $300 or so would have covered it. Tech was here no more than an hour.
