AJ was beyond incredible today during my dire emergency. I operate a business where water is incredibly vital and when AJ arrived to handle it was wonderful. He got to work immediately and completely fixed the issue. He carries a conversation very well and is is so immensely polite. I truly couldn't find a kinder soul to do business with.
Obviously a clogged sewage line is the last thing anybody wants. Andrew K. Was an amazing technician. He was very informative, attentive and walked us through the steps. He did a wonderful job and was quick to come out and help us. He resolved our plumbing issue same day! He was so kind and would recommend him to anyone looking to have repair work done. This company is priced very fair and I was expecting the work to cost a lot more than it did. We are very thankful for roto-rooter’s help.
We had sewer back up through a floor drain. AJ came out, checked everything over, and cleared the clog. He made sure we understood everything he was doing including watching the video of the line. He was also very patient while we were barely containing our composure. After clearing the jam, AJ informed us of all possibilities to maintain and/or fix the problem.
