I met Brandon by accident when he was at my neighbor's house--my lucky day! I knew I needed a new furnace/AC unit for over a year, but had been dragging my feet on making a decision (had quotes from others sitting on my desk). He offered to come give me a quote the next day and I had my new system installed the following week, 14 Jul 2026. Can't say enough good things about his service; especially answering all my questions before, during, and after the installation. A lot of my neighbors have used his services for many years and only had great things to say about his work. I'm glad I'll be one of them now! Highly recommend.
This is our second time using Express for an HVAC install. Once for our old house and now for our new home. My wife and I recently purchased an older home that needed some work and the HVAC system was one of the first things on the list. Unfortunately the old system didn’t make it through the latest heat wave. Brandon and his son did an excellent job squeezing us in, and even giving us window units to use to get us through in the meantime. They replaced our old A/C unit from the 80’s with a brand new heat pump, and ductless system for the basement and a wi-fi thermostat.
