NS Johnson is my first choice of HVAC companies. Customer service is on point. I had a problem with my geothermal system and someone was dispatched quickly after I called. They helped me get through the season, and when my system failed, they were there quickly to patch it until it was replaced. Not one, not two, but three options were presented to me to get a new system online. The care to which everything was completed was very much appreciated. I have been using Mike and his Staff since 2018 for servicing of our furnace and A/C and have received great results and excellent customer service. Recently (end of Summer 2025) our A/C went down.
