Excellent service. I have used both HVAC and plumbing services. Jake (HVAC) and Scott (plumbing) were both very knowledgable; they were adept at trouble shooting, and fixing the issue. They were also extremely professional. I was very pleased with all their work.
Of course one of the AC units had to malfunction during one of the hottest days of the year!
Fortunately Michael Johnson & his team responded immediately that they would have a technician assigned quickly. Within 1-2 hours Jake Weaver arrived, diagnosed & fixed the issue. He was so professional, courteous & knowledgeable especially under the extreme heat conditions!
