“I absolutely love Newtown Square Veterinary Hospital. The doctors and staff are so nice and accommodating. They all genuinely care about each animal they take care of. They squeeze me in last minute if they can and have a couple evening appointments available during the week which is amazing. My toddler is always my side kick and that's never a problem. One of my dogs even had dental surgery there and they watched over him so closely. I really appreciate them and I am super lucky to have found them. They are text friendly too which is also super helpful if I cant get on phone to talk.“

Dr. Aronson came to our home several times with compassion, calmness, and a clear connection to how our Nova felt. She shared this with our family; especially our children, as she cared for Nova and helped relieve her pain with massage and acupuncture while directing us to fast and easy ways to fulfill her prescriptions. She always connected with and included our kids who wanted to be a part of Nova’s care. When it came time to help Nova move on, Dr. Aronson helped create the most peaceful and loving environment. We will never be able to thank her enough for being with us and caring for all of us.“
“Everything went great. I had to take my dog for an exam and back again for dental cleaning and procedure. The Dr. Is great and they are very reasonable on pricing. My only complaint is they do not answer the phone or return messages. After trying to contact them for a couple weeks I had to drive over to schedule an appointment“

“My wife and I came in with our pet holland lop and Dr Goodman provided exceptional care with the check up and we learned a lot about our rabbit from head to tail in a very thorough fashion. We had no idea that rabbit’s molars develop spurs from chewing and Dr Goodman was able to identify this problem and resolve the issue and make our rabbit happy again- we will definitely be back.“
“Dr. G and his team are amazing! I have a reptile, a leopard gecko named Tootsie, and Dr. G is the second vet I have visited to help with an eating issue.Just for a comparison, the first vet I went to felt extremely rushed (he saw multiple animals at once) and was very intimidating (not very sympathetic to my pet's issue). The solution my previous vet gave me ended up hurting my baby more so I was very nervous to seek out another vet.Dr. G and his team are the complete opposite. They see each animal one at a time, are informative, and truly care about each pet! From my past experience, I was scared to give Tootsie antibiotic injections (she is a special case) and they let me bring her in every three days for them to give her the medicine instead of me. My girl is still a WIP but the entire team is very dedicated to getting her better and I am so happy I chose to go here! I wish i did from the beginning.“

“The entire staff is very attentive, patient and kind. They’re very responsive via email and phone calls. The office is clean and inviting and we’ve always been seen on time. I love that it’s a cat only place since I’m not sure how my cat would react to being near dogs in a vet office! For being a smaller practice(I.e. not a chain such as VCA etc) I figured their prices might be be higher but they really aren’t. What we’ve paid for the services received has been completely reasonable. I look forward to continuing my cats care with them for years to come.“

“Veterinarian behavioralists are super hard to find. Dr. Reisner was responsive and had a great website to learn more info about services rendered.The wait times across the country are atrociously long (some had wait times of 6-8 months), so I was excited to hear about just a 6 week wait to have my dog be seen.Once I have our appointment, I will update the review. So far, so good though. ? Excited to get support for my little guy.“

“I don't take my dogs to see Dr. Niggemeier often; it's always because they have an orthopedic problem. Every time I do need to go to the clinic, I am very grateful for the kind and knowledgeable care they receive. I don't know how much longer visits in the parking lot are going to go on (they are slightly disconcerting) but I understand the need for precaution these days and if my dogs have to keep being seen in the parking lot, it's worth it to see the doc and staff here.“

“I’ve been taking both my dogs here for quite a while now and I’m always satisfied. I have fearful dogs and they always make accommodations when necessary. My dogs have consistently been examined by Dr. Lavigne, and she’s AMAZING! She’s extremely thorough, patient, highly knowledgeable, and never hesitates to answer questions. My senior dog was diagnosed with a collapsing trachea a few years back and with Dr. Lavignes help, we were able to medically manage it. I’ve never seen a senior dog as happy and healthy as him! Thank you CSR’s, techs, doctors, and Dr. Lavigne!“

“My regular veneration closed permanently and I needed a med refill for my older cat. The doctor at Bywood squeezed us in for a quick evaluation so he could go over his records and assume authorization on refills. That's compassion. Everyone at the desk is super nice and my only surprise was when I saw the bill and how reasonable the total was. I did some growling under my breath over the years at other vet bills. Bywood is a great find!“
