“Brand new to the area. This will soon become the premier pilates/barre location in Central PA. The studio is beautiful with space for reformer classes, a separate room for privates, and a third room for barre. The barre room also has fuse ladders for those looking to crank up their workouts. The teachers are focused on making sure their clients get the most out of their time at Sculpt. As form is critical to a successful pilates class, Cari and Jessi make sure each student is performing the exercises correctly and they are quickly able to modify exercises should that be necessary. I personally haven't been to a more aesthetically pleasing and welcoming studio (anywhere). The multiple rooms allow for simultaneous classes without instructors having to yell over each other, or music. If you live in the Harrisburg area, you will be happy to have another studio to perform pilates in. Check it out, you WILL NOT be disappointed.“
“Janine is brilliant. The depth of her knowledge is almost unimaginable but her cueing is so right on and approachable. She has very well honed insight to even subtle changes in your movement you wouldn't even think are visible. Highly recommend working with her for exercise/stretching and massage, whether you are an athlete, out patient status (she is just as helpful as most PTs if not more IMO), have any condition that affects your movement, or if you just want to learn more about pilates and get strong. Her guidance has been indispensable for me in the context of a pretty major physical challenge and in general. Lucky she’s in the area. GO SEE JANINE“
