“My dog had cluster seizures, and two Philadelphia emergency rooms for pets turned him away because I couldn't pay. This hospital told me it doesn't matter bring them in and we'll make something work for you. I tried carecredit and I still wasn't approved but they still see my dog gave him the medicine he needs and saved his life the staff were great they even called me the next day to check on him to make sure he was doing okay and told me no matter what even if I can't pay make sure I bring him in never let an animal suffer because of unwillingness to pay. Honestly they care about the animals!! I really can't even say nothing bad about them only good reviews completely“

“I absolutely love Newtown Square Veterinary Hospital. The doctors and staff are so nice and accommodating. They all genuinely care about each animal they take care of. They squeeze me in last minute if they can and have a couple evening appointments available during the week which is amazing. My toddler is always my side kick and that's never a problem. One of my dogs even had dental surgery there and they watched over him so closely. I really appreciate them and I am super lucky to have found them. They are text friendly too which is also super helpful if I cant get on phone to talk.“

“My wife and I came in with our pet holland lop and Dr Goodman provided exceptional care with the check up and we learned a lot about our rabbit from head to tail in a very thorough fashion. We had no idea that rabbit’s molars develop spurs from chewing and Dr Goodman was able to identify this problem and resolve the issue and make our rabbit happy again- we will definitely be back.“

“The entire staff is very attentive, patient and kind. They’re very responsive via email and phone calls. The office is clean and inviting and we’ve always been seen on time. I love that it’s a cat only place since I’m not sure how my cat would react to being near dogs in a vet office! For being a smaller practice(I.e. not a chain such as VCA etc) I figured their prices might be be higher but they really aren’t. What we’ve paid for the services received has been completely reasonable. I look forward to continuing my cats care with them for years to come.“
“We were extremely nervous, as our cat was ill for several days and vomiting. Other vets would not give me a fairly reasonable or quick appt. The staff scheduled us as a new patient immediately with kindness and empathy. During the visit, the doctor and staff were extremely attentive, concerned, caring and knowledgeable. They were gentle and patient, as our cat Dixon was extremely fearful. We left feeling that they truly care and that Dixon received thorough and excellent care. Dr. Reisner was responsive and had a great website to learn more info about services rendered.The wait times across the country are atrociously long (some had wait times of 6-8 months), so I was excited to hear about just a 6 week wait to have my dog be seen.Once I have our appointment, I will update the review. So far, so good though. ? Excited to get support for my little guy.“

“My regular veneration closed permanently and I needed a med refill for my older cat. The doctor at Bywood squeezed us in for a quick evaluation so he could go over his records and assume authorization on refills. That's compassion. Everyone at the desk is super nice and my only surprise was when I saw the bill and how reasonable the total was. I did some growling under my breath over the years at other vet bills. Bywood is a great find!“
