“Mr. Raffensberger was extremely knowledgaable and was careful to do everything right and to a very high quality. Fees were very reasonable. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!“

I drove my boiler mad, it cracked, and within 3 days I had a new one up and running with top-notch new plumbing to go with it. I couldn't have asked for better help especially with it being cold and a infant to keep warm. They answered every stupid question I had and helped to teach me a lot while also making sure that everything was taken care of far quicker than I could have hoped.
