Our air-conditioner stopped working this summer during one of our heat waves in PA. We have a service contract with Williams Service and we called them immediately late afternoon. They arrived early the next day and got the central air working, but during their diagnostics they realized our system had a leak that could not be repaired. We spoke with Jeff Haldeman, the Residential Manager and began the process of looking into a new system. He explained the options and we made the best choice for us.
