I had interactions with Openshaw recently for repair and installation of a furnace. Every technician that was on site couldn’t have been any more pleasant and very informative! They answered all questions without making you feel rushed. The receptionist was also very friendly and responsive! Definitely recommend!

We called Openshaw for a plumbing repair. They showed up the next day in very good time and completed the repair quickly and properly without costing us an arm and a leg! We will be using Openshaw for all our future Plumbing needs!!

Called Openshaw plumbing and heating this morning and within 45 minutes, they were at my door. They came in and assessed the situation and explained exactly what was wrong. Furthermore, I had asked them about the commode screw covers and they said. " Let me go check if we have some in the truck." He did not have any however, he asked me if I would like him to go get me some from the store, as they had to wait 20 minutes for the sealant to dry. Talk about exceeding customers expectations +1! He took it to the next level and cut the long screws at the base for me and gave me some tips to keep it secure.
