Recently, customers shared positive experiences that highlight the company's dedication to quality work and good customer service. One customer appreciated the same-day service for a leaking pipe in the kitchen ceiling from an upstairs bathroom, which was fixed with no extra charges, and at about half the original estimate. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, unlike other companies that have done unauthorized work or hidden charges. Another customer called because they had no water, and the company responded quickly the same day. They diagnosed the problem and replaced a $40 switch, all within the time they charged for a minimum service call, exceeding expectations. Additionally, when an outside spigot broke off inside the wall, the team, including Zach and Trevor, carefully replaced the damaged spigot and pipe without tearing out drywall, despite the difficult access. Customers are very happy with the service and plan to use Openshaw again in the future.
