“Plumbing Pals really save the day for us. Our water heater went on a Sunday night, which happened to be both Mother’s Day and my birthday and we didn’t notice until around 8 PM. I called Plumbing Pals, and even though they didn’t have any appointments until Tuesday, they were able to squeeze us in on Monday to replace our water heater. The team was quick and efficient, explained everything well and truly minimized the disruption to our lives. Not only that, but when my husband thought he’d found a leak after they’d left, the guys happily returned to confirm that there was no issue. “Had an emergency plumbing job done. First i called roto rooter and got the runaround. I called Goodman plumbing next and within a week my issue was solved in a procession manner at a great price.
Zac and Brandon not only fixed the issue, but several other smaller issues that were needed and cleaned up the space afterwards. The space actually looked cleaner than when they left. It’s nice to have people that are obviously good at their job, go above and beyond, and put care into their work.

They truly went above and beyond the call and i will 100% be using Goodman plumbing from here on out, I’ll also be requesting Zac and Brandon as they also were very kind to my extremely old cat, taking little moments to pet him as they passed by. It’s things like this that make me confident that i can put my trust in this company.

“I would recommend Fante’s.
My garbage disposal created a small lake under my kitchen sink and I knew I needed a plumber. Not having a regular plumber, I called Fante’s based on reviews and always seeing their trucks/vans in and around my neighborhood. When the guys came, they respectfully put shoe covers on and confirmed it was a broken disposal. They quickly replaced it without any issues.
I appreciated their professionalism and would definitely call them again. I would confidently refer to them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Update: The new disposal stopped working after a month but Ryan came out and replaced it with no hassle at all. He was extremely personable and professional.
Sometimes these things happen, a reputable company like Fante’s will come right away and replace it…..not so sure the same would happen with a lesser company.

“It all started with Darin during the estimate. He gave his honest professional opinion to what made sense for our house. We were in need of new ac units and we were looking to add a heat pump to offset the cost of oil for heating our home. He advised with our current duct work and set up, he would not go with a heat pump. Our 1st floor ducts were not insulated and our 2nd floor ducts were coming from the ceiling. He also recommended adding in a return vent in our basement to help with humidity and using that cooler air down there to cool the rest of our house. Not one other company, and I had 4 come out, recommended this or gave advice against getting a heat pump. For the install Chris and his partner was able to smoothly install the two units in 2 days. We are very pleased with the whole process.“

“My sister just had a new HVAC system installed. The service was great. When the old system failed, Region provided a room a/c which was a great help. Region is top shelf!“

“We were getting water into our breaker box, and Eric came out at 9pm on a Saturday night to check it out and set up time to replace the box and fix the issue for the next day.

They had 2 guys out there the next day and had everything taken care of within about 6 hours.

They had to cut out part of the wall around the breaker box, but they mudded it up and cleaned up well after themselves!

Both of them were kind and competent. They took time to explain what was going on and even though it was an emergency, they didn’t charge emergency rates.
