“My garbage disposal suddenly stopped working, which was stressing me out. I'm not sure about the advertised 24-hour availability. When I booked online, there weren't availabilities until the next week, and i didn't get a reply when I left a message over the phone. To be fair, it was during the July 4th holiday. After thinking about it, I decided not to take a star off, because they were so prompt. My time slot was 8 to 10:00 a.m., i received a text message and the repairman arrived right around 8:00.<br><br>He was courteous, professional, and he wore booties inside the house. He explained the whole process for me , and answered all my inexperienced questions. It turns out it would be better to replace the unit rather than fixing it, and he was up front about all the costs. Even showed me the coupons on the company website so that I could save some money. Overall, would definitely use their services again in the future.”
