“Plumbing Pals really save the day for us. Our water heater went on a Sunday night, which happened to be both Mother’s Day and my birthday and we didn’t notice until around 8 PM. I called Plumbing Pals, and even though they didn’t have any appointments until Tuesday, they were able to squeeze us in on Monday to replace our water heater. The team was quick and efficient, explained everything well and truly minimized the disruption to our lives. Not only that, but when my husband thought he’d found a leak after they’d left, the guys happily returned to confirm that there was no issue. “Incredible service! I just moved to a new house and wanted to get all my vents cleaned. The team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They did a great job getting to all the vents and making sure everything was as clean as possible.“

“It all started with Darin during the estimate. He gave his honest professional opinion to what made sense for our house. We were in need of new ac units and we were looking to add a heat pump to offset the cost of oil for heating our home. He advised with our current duct work and set up, he would not go with a heat pump. Our 1st floor ducts were not insulated and our 2nd floor ducts were coming from the ceiling. He also recommended adding in a return vent in our basement to help with humidity and using that cooler air down there to cool the rest of our house. Not one other company, and I had 4 come out, recommended this or gave advice against getting a heat pump. For the install Chris and his partner was able to smoothly install the two units in 2 days. We are very pleased with the whole process.“

Installation for new hvac furnace and a/c required due to malfunctioning old system (well, it was not old in years, but nonetheless was broken). Was finished by mid afternoon. Servicemen knowledgeable. Even when accidentally setting off smoke alarm, there was no panic !!!“
