I called Tom Thomas plumbing and got a call back in 10 minutes when they came and check out the issue it was a part he did not have in stock but he called around and was able to pull off a Christmas Miracle and got the part i needed, they had my heat back working before noon! I am very grateful and would definitely recommend as he was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service as he went above and beyond!“

“I contacted Earls online. They responded promptly. Asked pertinent questions. Had me contact my borough first to see if that would solve my problem. When it didn't, they arranged to meet them at my home to work together solving the problem. In the end, they fixed the issue I had and they did it for much less money than I expected. Turned out to be a larger problem than expected but they were able to order the part, give me a reasonable quote, and have the heating back the next day. “My furnace stopped working and, I was without heat on a snowy 20degree Friday. I called 2 places first thing in the morning and waited most of the day for just a return phone call. I called Carpinet and within 1 hour they had arrived and had it up and running for me. Also offered some advice on preventing further problems. He was very polite and professional.
