My furnace stopped working and, I was without heat on a snowy 20degree Friday. I called 2 places first thing in the morning and waited most of the day for just a return phone call. I called Carpinet and within 1 hour they had arrived and had it up and running for me. Also offered some advice on preventing further problems. He was very polite and professional. Will definitely use them anytime I have any plumbing needs from now on.

Carpinet was outstanding with helping me when my heat went out. They opened at 7am, explained that while they had a few customers ahead of me, they would get to me in a timely fashion, and were at my house within the next hour or so. Everything was fixed and my heat was restored. I can't thank them enough for their help and for such a hassle free experience. I hope I don't have to, but would absolutely use them again!Service: Heating system repair
