If I could give Erica, the sales representative, 10 stars, I would, as I've never had an experience with a sales person who went so far out of their way to be helpful. Erica answered all of my questions promptly and clearly, and never lost patience. She also went out of her way to understand my needs and to find a system that would best suit my house.
Shopping around for a new HVAC system has been a nightmare but Erica P made it SO much easier on me. She focused on answering my questions and educating me on what would be the best route for me and never once tried to upsell or pressure me into any purchases (same can't be said for other companies I had quote me). Rycor offered the best options at the best price and Erica made the whole process less stressful. Really glad I did work with them and am looking forward to my new Heat Pump installation.
I spent alot of time researching which company was best to go with for installing a mini split system for my home & Erica hands down was the best and most professional to work with. Very knowledgeable & answered any question I had. She showed great professionalism and patience with me because I had so many questions since this was a big investment for me.
