“Last year we had a tankless water heater put in. It's been so nice! They got back to me quickly after leaving a message which is already a hundred times better than almost every other plumber I called. They came and assessed what I needed and gave me a reasonable time frame of getting it done It wasn't 6 months out. It wasn't a crazy expensive for them just to show up and look like other plumbers.
