Our very old gas boiler went out during a cold weekend, so I called PICA HVAC early Sunday morning and they came out within an hour to take a look. As expected a new boiler needed to be installed, which they did the very next day. They explained everything in a professional manner; no hidden costs. They even let us borrow space heaters for the 2 days we had no heat! Would definitely recommend them!

Was in a bad spot with no hot water called and spoke to Amy and she said we will have someone there in 30 minutes! So wonderful the tech they sent was terrific identified the issue and had everything back up and running such a great experience from start to finish
