“Called at 4:30 on Wednesday afternoon to let them know that the heat wasn’t working on my second floor. They told me they would get me on the schedule as quick as possible got a phone call Thursday morning at 8:30am that they were on their way by 11:30. They had everything up and running. We have heat again and as a sidenote, it was -11*. Cannot say how thankful I am that they responded so quickly and efficiently“

“Last month before the very cold weather came I was very concerned about running out of Propane for our Fireplace, We use it exclusively for heating, due to our all electric heat, We have a boy who needs to be warm and I was also concerned about his well being.
