Called for central air diagnostic. Bob was dispatched within 3 hours, found the problem, got the part and installed it same day!!. Completely exceeded my expectations! Laura in the office was personable and Bob was very helpful and kind and offered additional tips for our heating, cooling and plumbing. Definitely recommend!!Service: A/C system repair

I was a little skeptical, and was looking for options to our heating and cooling problem. Ken came out.. I explained what our problem was, and showed him our existing heating. We have electric heat storage.. and asked him for a solution since trying to add ducting to a house that doesn’t have it can be very expensive.. he showed me these universal heat pumps they do heating and air conditioning, and this was a solution to what I needed. We got them installed and they are amazing a night and day difference they help keep the humidity down while keeping the house.
