“We made an appointment with M&M easily over the phone, and we received a text message with the appointment details. We then received a text the day of the appointment that Tom was on his way. Tom and Roberto came and were very professional, and did a great job cleaning our oil furnace. They explained to us everything that they did and then gave us a good referral to have someone come check out our chimney which needed to be cleaned as they had advised.
