Experienced problem with drain in sink next to washer. Talked with Nicole and she had Mark come over and see what was happening. He took care of the problem after getting replacement parts. Mark has been to my home many times to do my annual Winter Boiler and Summer whole house Air Conditioning service. He is professional and outstanding with the work he is doing, also very detailed oriented and finding and correcting any and all problems. I have been truly impressed with Plum-Air and everyone associated with this firm. Keep up the outstanding service.
