“I actually called the wrong place and left a message. They were so sweet and called back to let me know that I had called the wrong place and the name of the place they thought I was looking for. They called back again later with the phone number for the other business.

Very impressed❤️“

“I typically only visit here for lab work. The parking garage always has parking, staff is always friendly and helpful and the people in the lab are very professional. They get a good blood draw on the first try every time! I recently visited the ER to pick up a friend around 1 am. When you first walk in, there is a metal detector and a person who will search your purse/bag. The waiting room is very small. The girl at the front desk was helpful while the guy working at the next window was sleeping.....“

“The phlebotomists at Geisinger as best in class. I didn’t realize how incredible they are until I had an awful one outside of Geisinger.“

“I'm visiting from California, and I realized that I didn't bring enough of one of my medications with me. The VA clinic in Kingston New York, (very nice people,) told me I had to go to a full service VA Medical Center, We decided to come here, so we could also have some fun at Mohegan. It couldn't be simpler. All I had to do was check in at the reception desk, and identify myself as a "traveling veteran." They were able to look up my records from California, they sent me over to the pharmacy, I checked in at the pharmacy, and I got what I needed. From the time I parked, to the time I got back into my car, I was in and out in less than a half an hour. The place was spotless, very easy to navigate, and everybody was more than friendly and helpful. Thank you!“

“I don't understand all the negative reviews ? I was just there and not 1 iota of a problem. Whether I'm not feeling well or whatever I make the best of it meaning I like to laugh and appreciate it when others make me laugh too especially in a walk - in clinic . Kudos to the Pro ' s that took care of me today. 12/4/23.“

“Came here as a student & did rotations on the overnight hospitalist team and also another rotation in labor and delivery. I enjoyed my experience here compared to Wilkesbarre general hospital. Everyone swears by the deliciousness of the smoothie bar (I personally never got it tho). Beware this is trauma center so the ED can be very chaotic at times with long waits for beds but they get to you eventually based on the severity & level of care needed to make you feel better. The labor and delivery ward here is the really good compared to the others I've been to; it also has a Nicu for babies. (But if I had to choose a place to deliver, Geisinger CMC in Scranton labor and delivery is so much nicer but better suited for moms with uncomplicated pregnancies as they don't have a NICU.) My main downside to coming here was how far away the parking lot was & can be challenging to find a closer spot. But to help they do have shuttles that runs till about 4am & can pick you up and take up to the front of the hospital.“
