I am not emotional person. But 2 yrs ago had cancer and lost all my hair. First real style since growing back. She is an absolute beautiful person.
Rachel and her business Strong Mind Fit has been such a blessing to me. I began this journey as a mom of 3 kids under 5, business owner and community advocate. Strong in every area but I needed help physically. Not just outward appearance but feeling stronger and more in control. In control of my habits, my mind and in control of my energy levels.
I truly was nervous about reaching out because she is super fit and I can tell this is her area of passion. I was intimidated by the thought of a trainer yelling at me, making me feel bad, etc. But something told me to give it a shot.
I am so glad I did. She was nothing like I expected in the BEST way and more than I could possibly have hoped for. She truly believes in me and she knows how to highlight my strengths without making me feel bad about where I need work. Her pace is fair and you feel results at a pace that doesn’t make you feel crappy. Each session increases in intensity and she talks you through your entire journey. If you have any questions about eating habits, the science behind working out, etc. She answers them all. She is honest and is knowledgeable in her craft. The 1:1 approach is so personal and perfect for someone like me who might not feel comfortable working out in front of others.
The music is always really nice and its the best way to start my day. I get the most out of it by having morning sessions. My energy has improved, my mood, my productivity, my metabolism, and I certainly feel stronger and more in control.
If you are looking for someone who really is going to work with you and also push you in the right direction who is professional and has people skills - Rachel is your person. I wish the best for her in her career and I hope one day she is booked out to where there is a waiting list for her. She deserves all the success in the world. Im enjoying this ride with her and I’m learning more about just how much I am capable of.
Definitely get scheduled with her - remain consistent. You will FEEL results before you even see it. Worth every single penny. I don’t miss not one dollar spent. Im actually hoping to increase my sessions in the future.
Uptown Pets is reasonably priced, and they do a great job. We have a mini poodle, and she always looks great after her visit.

We used Trusty Tables for our wedding in October 2024. We rented a large tent and several chairs and tables. Trusty Tables was great with costumer service and communication, they were affordable, and the delivery and pickup were very speedy and easy. It was the most perfectly beautiful wedding.
