I’ve only taken my son here twice & I once visited for myself. All staff are amazing, especially for pediatrics! In my opinion this is THEE BEST pediatric doctors office in NEPA! I highly recommend this doctor’s office for both adults & children. Doctors/nurses actually listen to your concerns & help as best as they could. They’re great for new parents too!
The fact that this practice has all one stars does not shock me at all. The receptionists are rude. Doctors ignore messages on my chart or patient concerns. Geisinger in general is horrible, but this practice in particular is horrible to deal with. You would think at this point they would have had some sort of training for staff on how to properly speak to or care for patients. Do not put your health in these people’s hands…
Dr. Sumeria Khan is a horrible Dr. Doesn't listen, is rude and insulting. Says she's going to call in medicine but never does. I got hurt at work and was denied workman's Comp and this woman refused to help me, told me so. Despite other Drs saying I couldn't stand up for more than 5 min she sends me back to work with no restrictions and she's just wrong ..
