I went for blood work here for the first time as a walk in. This Convenient Care is very modern, clean, and filled with light. I checked in and waited a few minutes, then I was called in by the tech who drew my blood easily without any discomfort. I had the results that afternoon in my chart. Well done, Geisinger!

I love this office but I’ve called today about a medication refill and a woman by the name “amanda” picked up the phone and was very rude! She was rude from the moment she picked up the phone. She even hung up on me. I’ve never had a problem calling in a refill until I spoke to this woman.

I have a video call with a physician assistant- Amy.When I spoke with her,I was having major issues with my back, 11/2 after surgery for the problem.I told her that I was having terrible spasms,and said that I had a muscle relaxant that the orthopedic surgeon prescribed after the surgery.She told me that it's probably ineffective, being a year and a half old.She said that she would call in steroids and a muscle relaxant for me,and to take the week off from work.2 days in a row I have called about the relaxants.Totally ignoring my calls.I wouldn't have a problem if I didn't follow her advice to throw my old muscle relaxants out.How they love to control a patient's pain.No...read full review
