Went for more blood work and Holly was the phlebotomist this time… also very good…couldn’t even see that I had blood taken compared to my friends who go to other places and end up with very badly bruised arms.
What a wonderful doctor. She was attentive and caring. She listened and was kind. I felt heard and seen for the first time in a long time. I made the switch after over 15 years at another facility what a relief today. Staff was great all the way around. Clean office.
Okay So first Ill say I do like my doctor Samantha. 2nd Im writing this review with aggregation. My appointment todays was for 9:40 I arrived at 9:25. It was supposed to be bloodwork followup. Instead I was taken to a backroom and waited for doctor. When she came I asked her about it. She said she was a little confused too. Because she did put order in 3 months ago for it and even double checked in front of me. So since i fasted I still can get bloodwork today. Now I've been in waiting room almost 2 hours waiting on bloodwork. Ppl coming in after me and called in and yet here I am sitting. I have to pee yet want sample of that too.Its now 11:42. .
