Just took my daughter today 12/13/25 & we had an amazing visit ! Building is beautiful, front desk staff was so kind and the ladies who took care of my daughter for blood work were fantastic! I made them aware that my daughter never does well with blood work from past experiences and they were so kind and helpful that this was the first time my daughter allowed anyone to do the blood work without a fight. We will always come back to this location 😊
The new building is very nice. We've come here a couple of times now for my son's eeg. I like the new place much better and easier parking. (the only place was still good just the parking wasn't great) check in is very easy, everyone is very nice and the coffee bar downstairs is a really nice perk. Great lattes!
Staff was friendly. Not crazy about computer to get in for appointments but that's how it is today. Doctor was great to see. Big building but paper they sent me helped me find everything. Except no directions for how to get there. They sent directions for HCMC in Scranton on Mulberry Street. I love in Scranton so I know how to get there.
