Allen had a reasonable quote and was easy to work with throughout the project. He was responsive and communicative with us in addressing areas that were damaged during the refinishing and walked us through options to deal with having white oak rather than red oak in a couple rooms. We will happily work with him in any future hardwood projects.“

Turns out that a different service rep misunderstood and the order was not placed. Rebecca came to my aid, worked her magic, and had the tile same-day delivered from another store. She even loaded it in my car. Rebecca was pleasant, professional, and mindful of the huge issue I was facing with my contractor and no tile. “Sean and his helpers did a great job for us. We had 3 upstairs bedrooms, and the landing at the top of the stairs, to floor. We moved some of the smaller items while Sean moved the larger furniture on sliders with no issues. The job price quoted, was the price we paid even though the work became more labor intensive. The Bruce gunstock, prefinished flooring was out of stock and Maxwell Flooring agreed to install, sand and finish multiple coats of stain and sealants. There was no dust and no plastic sheets required to complete this work. Sean went out of his way to provide beautiful floors for us, and we can confidently recommend the company!“

“Excellent experience from the initial call, pickup, drop-off and relay, and on-site cleaning. We had 2 large area rugs and a hall runner that were taken to the shop for cleaning since we have refurbished hardwood floors; pickup was uneventful. Upon return the techs were attentive and careful to relay, mindful of our furniture. They cleaned a couch, 2 high back chairs, and another area rug.
