Turns out that a different service rep misunderstood and the order was not placed. Rebecca came to my aid, worked her magic, and had the tile same-day delivered from another store. She even loaded it in my car. Rebecca was pleasant, professional, and mindful of the huge issue I was facing with my contractor and no tile.
