Porcelanosa - Tiles, Kitchen and Bathroom

The material and style is top notch. Yes they make you wait for almost all material, but one time we had a defective product and they took care of it immediately… This was the only time this happened out of several years worth of business. They literally replaced an entire house of hardwood floors immediately, at not cost to me- even touching up paint, etc. It would be 5 stars, but they do make you wait for product to ship oversees most of the time.

we where shopping for large tiles, went to several places in Phila area..i was told about place in King of prussia..Porcelanosa, after seeing there material , nothing compared that we scene..NOTHING...we delt with Rebbeca..she was patient an walked us threw the process...If you are looking for porcelain slabs...this is only place you should go..

Our experience at Porcelanosa was wonderful - and that was especially made possible by our design consultant, Becky. Through a variety of potential projects and ideas, Becky was always more than willing to help put together design ideas and get us to a finished concept. When it came time for delivery and a few shipping issues occurred, Becky was more than helpful in figuring out next steps and getting us tile replacements. She was always willing to help us - for example, she was able to facilitate getting us more tile quickly when a few measuring errors occurred. Many thanks to Becky!
