Fantastic product, fast and excellent service

I was two boards short on my flooring project. I called my sales representative and left messages. Unfortunately he was out and there was no indication of that. I called the main number and got Josh who was very helpful. I would recommend having sales representatives update their recordings when out. I got a call from David when my extra box of flooring was ready for pickup. He was very helpful and got me out the door fast. Overall the individuals at this store have been very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Great group of professionals.

I needed area rugs but for odd shapes and sizes so I went to Floors USA. I worked with Martin who was amazing. He helped me find affordable choices and then had them cut and bound to fit the rooms. He even got them installed prior to the holidays! It was a great experience.
