We had our 2 bathrooms and kitchen refaced by Groutsmith Co. In February 2024. The technician Bob was prompt, polite and friendly who came to reface the bathrooms. After the ReGrouting and finishing the bathroom shower corners with silicone chalk the whole thing looked like brand new. He took the time to clean up the area and job was done as expected. We are very pleased with the job he did in our house. We recommend Groutsmith service to our family and friends. They are really professional, neat, reasonable and easy to work with for your bathroom and kitchens refacing projects.

They made my kitchen backsplash look like new and my bathroom tiles look great. They removed a ton of old silicone in my bathroom shower. Great job and reasonably priced. I will use them for future home projects.

I was impressed by the service and professionalism of this company. They quickly responded to my call, scheduled an estimate quickly and were able to schedule the work quickly as well. Not only was the process fast, I trusted the estimator and contractor's work. They were able to fix our shower threshold for less time/work/money than was initially proposed. When the work was being done, Alan kept us updated about his progress and was honest about a very tiny chip in a tile that happened while he was cleaning the grout (which I would not have noticed if he didn't point it out). So far the repair has held up and I believe they would be responsive if we had a problem again.
