“We’ve worked with Luis and the Tello Flooring team on multiple projects now, and every time the results have been fantastic. Luis was incredibly thoughtful from the start, taking the time to consult with us and guide us on the right scope and approach for refinishing our floors. Their quality of work, speed, and professionalism have been top-notch on both jobs. I cannot recommend them enough!”
“Allen refinished the original red oak floors throughout our 1930’s home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The floors had decades of wear and needed some repairs in addition to sanding and refinishing. He was accommodating with our timeline and completed everything with great care and attention to detail, including taking the time to make multiple stain samples and provide advice on painting the new shoe molding.
I’m impressed. The floors look absolutely beautiful and have brought so much life back to this old house. Allen was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and down to earth. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to have their hardwood floors refinished.”
“We have a 6.8 x 10.2 rug I bought from Morocco 10 years ago. It had endured adults, kids, pets, spills and almost 4 years in storage. The folks at Zakian did an incredible job cleaning our precious piece... the colors just pop out now, and the majority of the stains are gone! We are thrilled!!”
