The Tile Shop in KOP has excellent people as well as tiles! Sarah and Mariana were super helpful, professional and eager to help. The manager Joe was over the top helpful using his expertise to work through a tricky problem I had with unique tiles. I can not say enough good things. I highly recommend that you check them out for yourself!!

I’m a General Contractor in the Valley Forge area of Pennsylvania. Jimmy was extremely helpful with finding a few hard to find Wedi products that he actually had IN STOCK, when no one else locally did.Jimmy was very eager to check physical stock over the phone as not to waste my time coming in to pick up. Very pleased and thankful for the experience.

Mariana went above and beyond helping me with my master bath remodel. Excellent customer service with all aspects of my purchase. She also recommended additional design support without hesitation reassuring me I had everything I needed for my project. Will definitively be asking for her help on my next project!
