Today we ran into an unexpected plumbing issue with an old copper pipe in the basement. It was stressful, but they came out quickly and handled it right away. “Went here to purchase a new faucet, sink, & soap dispenser. Gwen was fantastic. She was so nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions and had everything in stock that I needed to take home the same day. I had previously purchased a faucet from Lowe's/Home Depot and the handle was leaking like crazy. It may be cheaper initially but the parts are of a lesser quality from these box stores and you end up paying more to a plumber and for home repairs due to the leaks and water damage those cheaper faucets cause. Fager gives a life time warranty on their faucets and soap dispensers, so it is worth the extra cost up front. I would absolutely recommend Gwen and her team at this Harrisburg location.“

Not sure who should be receiving this, but I wanted to let you know that the crew that was at my house today for weatherization were amazing! From the first guy who came and greeted me, to their pulling out of my driveway, each person was so polite and knowledgeable of their work. I asked a few questions and received prompt replies. I so appreciate all the quality work I received today, as well and their hustle. They were all doing different jobs at the same time and were finished in a few hours.
Everyone greeted my Sadie (dog) with kind words and petting her, even tho she felt the need to bark at each one of them!
The Senior on site, Robert, definitely knows his job and how it is to be done correctly. He was soo good with the workers. I heard him numerous times tell them, they “did a good job”, or “let me explain why we do this the way we do” or “let me show how to do that the correct way”.
That alone put my mind at ease that I was getting quality work from this work crew.
