Rainbow System (TAC) is a highly recommended business that provides excellent customer service and quality products. Their knowledgeable and personable staff, such as Don, Peter, Julian, and Rashawn, take the time to explain the features and benefits of their products, like the Rainbow air purifier, making the purchasing experience smooth and enjoyable. Customers are impressed by the product's capabilities and are eager to use it.
Don and Rashawn stopped by with a demonstration of the Rainbow filtration system and vacuum and they were great. We were so impressed that we purchased the product and we highly recommend them and Rainbow filtration and vacuum to anyone looking for a clean solution to dust dirt and allergens.
As a business owner, I can appreciate the difficulty these guys face in dealing with direct sales. We were extremely (and I mean EXTREMELY) reluctant to, after a long day at work, welcome these guys into our home but were pleasantly surprised how quickly the appointment went. Part of this was due to the absolute belief these guys have in their system and part of it was due to their personalities. We were definitely NOT going to buy anything nor were we going to bombard our friends and family with the need to fend these guys off. Anthony (Tony) has the best customer service and support! He follows up with his customers even if it's been16 years since purchasing a rainbow. He is patient, very kind and helpful! No pressure tactics either. If you have any questions or concerns about your #1 vacuum or shampooer, he's the guy to contact in the Camp Hill office!
