“Great placeI was having knee pain for quite a few months. I was wearing KT tape and I brace when I would teach my Zumba classes. But it wasn’t working all that well. So, I decided to try physical therapy instead of rushing to an ortho. My husband and late mother in law had gone to Nando many years back and raved about him and the place. They were right. I went for about a month and my knee pain is almost all better! Everyone there is great and very friendly.I’m so glad I decided to go here.Don’t hesitate…they are the real deal.Thank you Blue Bell Physical TherapyBeth T.“

“12/10!! I couldn't recommend Restore PT & Pelvic Health more!! I got to work with Gabi, and not only is she incredibly knowledgeable (I saw immediate results after just one session with her!!) and professional, she is so understanding and empathetic. Restore PT puts so much effort into making the space comfortable for every patient that walks through the door. I had such a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, it was cut short due to a family emergency and I wasn't able to complete all of my sessions. But I am continuing with exercises/stretches and am noticing improvement daily. Gabi actually reached out to me to follow up and check-in on how I was doing. She truly cares about my health, and makes me feel so supported and like I can reach out to her with any needs. I highly recommend Restore PT & Pelvic Health, cant say it enough!“

“I’ve had the misfortune of needing physical therapy for various issues on five occasions with five different PT clinics in the last ten years. My most recent experience has been with Total Performance Physical Therapy in East Norriton following severe complications from hip surgery. The services by TPPT have been by far the best PT experience I have had to date. I entered their care with extreme hip/leg/knee pain and unable to walk without the aid of a walker during the prior two months. After three weeks of aqua therapy, the pain was significantly reduced so that I could switch from the walker to a cane and begin to focus on strengthening muscles around the hip area with more traditional exercises on the floor, mat or equipment. I can now walk short distances without a cane and getting close to eliminating it entirely. I’ve come a very long way from my first evaluation by TPPT and I can’t thank Dr. Casey enough for the care and expertise she has provided. Dr. Casey, with contributions by Dr. Cait, have done an outstanding job in improving my physical and mental health. I am so glad I found TPPT to get me through the worst physical issues I’ve ever had to deal with.“

“Why Phoenix? With a plethora of PT options in the area, like you, I sought reviews to aid my decision. This may be lengthy, but it’s worth the read when it comes to the importance of improving your mind and body, so I hope it helps:Perusing Phoenix’s countless positive remarks, I decided to give them a try, despite there being other establishments with slightly closer proximities. This wasn’t my first PT rodeo, and previous experiences had been less than favorable. The main reason being that I felt lost among the abundance of fellow rehabbers with the same time slot as me, and clinicians barely remembered my name let alone my purpose or goals. They’ve always felt like a factory. Not at Phoenix!Upon arrival on day 1, I was met with enthusiasm and a hands-on approach. Nick was thorough in his initial evaluation, asking thoughtful questions and sought to discover the root cause(s) of my rehab needs. I mentioned my disappointments with previous rehab centers and he assured me that Phoenix’s M.O. was to limit the amount of patients per time slot to achieve a more personalized experience. I was skeptical, but figured it was worth a shot.He wasn’t kidding! During my approximately 2.5 months working with both Nick and Richelle, their approaches were professional, knowledgeable, adaptive, enthusiastic, positive, and perceptive. They collaborated in my plan and were always up to speed with where I was in the process. They shifted my routine a few times as more insights were gleaned from my performance/responsiveness to treatment. It was also a way to avoid feeling like I was stuck in a boring cycle or they were just going through the same trite motions they would with anyone. It was data-driven and perceptive for the better. Everything was explained in an easily digestible way (for those like me who want to know the “why” instead of just the “do it because”.)I should also mention that their internal goal is to get rid of you…in the best possible way! They’re not trying to keep you lingering around collecting your money or spending your time. The idea is to build up your own knowledge and comfortability to establish a future home program when the time is right. The exit strategy is key because it allows you to set and maintain goals. I never felt pressured to do something that was uncomfortable. It felt more like an unofficial challenge to be better and to get better - and they were my biggest “fans.”As the weeks flew by (pun intended), my improvements were noticeable, unlike with other places. I was gaining confidence and the idea I was getting BETTER was a previously foreign feeling. It never felt cookie-cutter and I also observed different techniques for varying clientele, catering to various personalities and abilities in the best possible way. Everyone is greeted with a friendliness that makes you feel part of the team, but the expectations are still set that you’re there to improve, however possible for you as an individual. If you’ve gotten this far in the review, I hope it’s been conveyed that Phoenix isn’t like other places and you’ll truly work hard behind the confidence and encouragement of experienced professionals whose selfless main focus is YOU.I came to Phoenix as a wounded bird with little hope of a new start. Nick and Richelle helped me realize that with a little trust in the process and maximum effort on my end, I could rise from the ashes and soar to new possibilities (sorry, I couldn’t resist).I wholeheartedly recommend Phoenix to any one of any age or ability. You won’t regret it.“

“I can't say enough about Proaction! Bill, Emily, Jessica, & Chris are just awesome! They care about what they do and unlike the doctors they actually listen to you to help you. They take it all in consideration and work out the best plan for your recovery.“

“I have chronic and occasionally acute back problems. Dr John’s is awesome. She keeps me aligned and allows me to continue with my active lifestyle. She is really knowledgeable about how the body works and gives really good advice on exercises or how to make changes such as sleeping positions to prevent future problems. I highly recommend her!“

“The staff at PT solutions is awesome! During my first visit Sam took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition. From there both Sam and Zach coached me through exercises designed to strengthen and stretch the impacted area. After a month of therapy I am feeling much less discomfort and am glad I decided to visit PT solutions rather than the family doctor recommended route of pain management. Thanks for all that you do!“

“I can’t say enough about Dr. O and Emily. I’ve been going for a couple of years and my back thanks me. Doc takes the time to listen to what’s going on and suggest therapies to treat, he’s always been available for any question I’ve had. They truly care about your well being and often go above and beyond to help. Go for the pain relief and medical advice and stay for the dad jokes and positive attitude! ✌??“

“We have had the pleasure of working with Miss Olivia for almost a year. We cannot recommend IvyRehab for Kids and Miss Olivia enough. Our daughter was always so excited to go see Miss Olivia, who made PT sessions fun and engaging. We usually had an early session (7am) and Miss Olivia was always smiling and ready to go. We appreciate her cheering on our daughter, her tips and encouragement for us to continue the work at home, and her friendly disposition. We are grateful to be discharged but will greatly miss Olivia and will be forever grateful for everything she did for our daughter.“

“Kim Malandra is an exceptional physical therapist who I have been seeing for a range of physical challenges. She employs an effective combination of manual therapy and customized exercises tailored to specificareas that need the most attention. Her exercises usually combine multiple body parts so you are addressing different challenge areas at the same time. She demonstrates each exercise so it is easier to replicate and stays actively involved. She is always positive and motivated which helps you stay motivated yourself. It is nice to know the “why” behind what you are doing and Kim explains the why so you have a better understanding. Kim pays close attention to the details so you have proper form and technique. Kim takes a personal interest in her client’s well being and is a truly caring person. Kim also takes an active interest in your out of PT exercise program and provides helpful tips and videos. I will continue to see Kim for PT and my only regret is I did not start with her a few years ago when I received her name as a potential PT resource.“

“I went here for about three months 5 months after my ACL repair, with the specific goal of becoming more fluid, faster, capable of more dynamic motions, etc... From the beginning, I loved it here. Stuart is the best physical therapist I have ever had. He's funny, he's real, he's professional, and most of all enthusiastic about everything he does. He had me jumping, moving, juking in no time. Fond memory of doing an NFL like exercise on the taped boxes on the ground while he chased behind me doing the same exercise. He went out of my way to get me a return to skiing program, so that I can get back out there on the slopes!Basically, go here, and request Stuart. He's the best! Also shout out to Paige, who runs the joint! She's the nicest person ever! I loved coming here, I felt like I was hanging out with friends!“

“Payal Shah is the #1 physical therapist that I have ever worked with. She approaches people from a comprehensive and full body standpoint. I attribute Payal to being part of the team that saved my life, body, and career. I deal with moderate nerve damage in my arm/neck and Payal took the time to pinpoint what muscles were in dysfunction that were contributing to my issues. She did not brush off my concerns and also knew where to be firm in my recovery. If you have neck/back/jaw/shoulder/headaches/postural issues I deeply recommend that you give Payal a shot and have her be part of your rehab journey. She has also taken additional training in Active Release Technique (ART) which many other physical therapists do not have; which gives her advanced skills to be able to manipulate the areas that need it most.Thank you so much for the work that you do <3“
