“ATI Conshohocken is the best PT group I’ve ever used. Ian and the other therapist really take their time to assess your issues and create a plan that works. They customize your plan to fit your needs on a visit to visit basis, since recovery is not always linear! I have had chronic back and hip issues for years and have used several PT groups with little positive results. Ian really helped me push past my issues and tap into building my strength in hip and core. I appreciate how easy ATI has made it in accomodating my busy schedule and needs with two young children as well. A+ for these guys.“

“I have been to three places for therapy in the last five years. To backtrack, I ‘ve suffered several strokes during the years and possibly have unspecified neurological condition. All three eventually told me that they could not help me. When I came Total Performance, Dr. Vasey truthfully told that she could improve my condition albeit it would not lead to perfection. She exceeded my expectations. I used a cane for years due to muscular weakness. She very patiently kneaded problem muscle groupings have resulted in a very marked difference, my cane collection has far lesser use. Kudos to Dr Caitlin!!“

“Went for about 3-4 months for lower back sciatic pain down my left leg to the point where I could barely bend forward without high pain. Mike Dellapena was my therapist, and his program allowed for me to recover range of motion, flexibility, and strength in my hamstrings and lower back. By the end of my sessions I was about 75-80% recovered. Continuing the program at home I am now close to 100%, and can touch my toes and move around again without any pain at all. “I can’t recommend primal enough. I have been struggling with some pretty severe hip flexor/quad pain…which lead to a number of other things due to me trying to compensate for it. Within 2 dry needling sessions I feel like a new person ???. Dr. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and has been so helpful in getting me back to peak performance. It is about 45-60 min away from me and worth every minute of the drive. Get yourself in there!!“

I got to work with Gabi, and not only is she incredibly knowledgeable (I saw immediate results after just one session with her!!) and professional, she is so understanding and empathetic. Restore PT puts so much effort into making the space comfortable for every patient that walks through the door. I had such a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, it was cut short due to a family emergency and I wasn't able to complete all of my sessions. But I am continuing with exercises/stretches and am noticing improvement daily. If my main therapist was unavailable, the other therapist easily took over as my progress was very well documented in their system. Every individuals condition is Unique and the Therapists "problem Solve" to find the right exercise/treatment for you.

I have nothing but praise for the therapists! They are FANTASTIC! Not only are they each outstanding in what they do, but they make going to PT fun and (believe it or not) entertaining. Which is an important part of your recovery.

And... Lets not forget the receptionist! Not only is she helpful in scheduling your visits and taking care of the financials, but she is the glue that holds the whole team together.

“My sessions with Brian were far more enriching than I would've expected. Sometimes it felt very pleasurable and other times it felt challenging in a bracing way, like exercise after months of not exercising.

When I think about my sessions with Brian, three memories stick out to me. One was when he fixed my neck pain from lifting that had persisted for a couple of weeks. I assumed that I had a sprain that would take several weeks to heal, but apparently not. The second was that in between sessions I noticed that my deep squat position felt unbelievably comfortable. I felt light and relaxed where I previously felt tensed and awkward. The third is one time he gently stretched my diaphragm and I suddenly felt sensation from my upper chest to my neck where previously I didn't really feel any mind-body connection.

Brian's also incredibly knowledgeable about physiology and he has always generously answered all of my questions. Whether you have a specific issue or not, I think it's worth considering.“
