“Justin arrived on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and sent me in the direction of ordering a small part on line that I could replace myself. This is the second time I’ve had Justin come out for appliances in my home. He’s a wealth of knowledge, and he even shared some maintenance suggestions for an unrelated kitchen appliance. I am very happy with the service and will call him whenever my appliances need repair!“

“Customer service is wonderful. I had problem with vacuum bag debris; took vacuum into store. They could have sold me $40 of new bags but proceeded to give me direction on using bags I had on hand. (They clipped hole in bags I had from previous vacuum - where the bag adheres to vacuum). No charge. Who does that?? 5 stars for sure. Nice experience. Thank you.“

Marquis and another guy (didn’t get his name) did an incredible and difficult delivery! We had to take 3 old machines out of my basement window and install the 2 new ones. Originally, the new washer needed a new transmission. Kareem came out after work hours and fixed everything. I’ve been running laundry almost non-stop for 2 weeks with these machines and I have zero complaints. Wonderful place! I will need a new fridge soon and I will get all my future appliance needs here.
