Yesterday I called to schedule a repair for a dryer issue. In less than 24 hours, Phil came to my home was professional and efficient and did a very thorough job analyzing and fixing the problem. Also, he was extremely nice and explained the problem.
I would HIGHLY recommend and I would definitely use them again if needed. Thanks Phil!
Quick call back and service technician showed up on time. Quick diagnosis provided. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend their services.
Phil came to service my GE Profile Dishwasher. He was professional, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, tested the system and i was back in business (not washing the dishes by hand anymore). Bear Service is my new "go to" for all my appliance service needs. Thank you Phil and thank you James for answering the phone when I called on a Monday morning. Service providers i looked up and called either had 800#'s or no one to answer the phone.
