My kitty has CH disabilities which can be difficult for some places- but here, everyone was incredibly careful to keep him safe and he was loved on during the whole visit. He is willing to modify any treatment that you are not comfortable with, but is clear what his preferential treatment is. He and his techs keep you cost updated as you go, which is incredibly helpful. The visit is followed up with a complete summary via email, and any questions you have can be texted or emailed in return. A follow up visit is scheduled, and everyone is accessible anytime that you have questions. Highly recommend!!!”

We have been seeing her for a few years and she is so sweet (as is her assistant!) and treats Gracie with kindness and love. They are expensive, and that is why pet owners neglect they're pet. Not because they want to, but anytime you bring a pet to here expect to pay 300 to 1000 dollars, easily!”

My cats appointment was with Dr. Pauling, who was excellent. He took his time and explained things and I left feeling like my cat will be well cared for in this practice.”

We never feel rushed and no question is ever treated as stupid or dismissed. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The one time my daughter was late, they were concerned and not punitive. She’d tripped over the dog’s leash and fell causing the delay. They offered her some gauze and kind words when she arrived with bloodied hands and knees. We’re almost always on time. Maybe being late to appointments at our old practice was because we were met with such indifferent hostility for not keeping on their 15 min per visit schedule. Valley Vet takes the time necessary to treat your pet not worried with rushing you out the door.”
