It was bonkers the morning I dropped off my three kittens to be spayed and neutered. The staff were very organized and kind. I was unaware I needed a crate for each kitten, I had my three kittens in the same crate. The staff handled the issue with ease and just gave me boxes. My kittens are doing great! I don’t think they even know they had surgery. I highly recommend Brandywine Valley SPCA!
We had to put our beloved pug Snugz down yesterday. We were booked for a quality of life appointment. What I didn’t realize was we wouldn’t get to talk to a vet before so it was just me making the decision. When I expressed that need to was heard and granted. We had to wait a little longer which was ok we got to spend some extra time with our sweet guy. The vet fully heard me and understood I just needed reassurance I was making the right choice. We were shown lots of love and compassion and given the time and space to grieve. While the loss of a pet is hard I will say the Malvern staff went above and beyond for us.
The foster to adopt program is very well run. Being a new dog owner I was walked thru the process and the staff @BV SPCA were great!
I highly recommend this shelter if you’re a dog or cat lover. My Shadow has changed my life and I’m so happy to add him to my family!
