“Absolutely a wonderful team of loving and knowledgeable staff!! Our 8 year old pup was having GI issues with bleeding and brought her into their urgent care. Dr. Monroe was so sweet on the phone after explaining my worry about our not dog friendly stress ball doggy coming into the office. They made sure she was alone and no risk of other animals there. Beth was with her most of the visit and was victim to her crazy anxiety and stress. Both Dr. Monroe and Beth were so loving to her and were the epitome of calm and caring. He was very kind and personable, extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about animals. He did not at all make us feel rushed as we had experienced at our previous vet. He gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and answered them clearly and thoroughly. “Dr McGrath is very highly recommended. Avian vets are far & few between & very highly specialized. Any specialist worth seeing, for humans or animals, is booked solid & I know that if he was examining or treating one of my birds, I'd be extremely upset if he walked out to answer the phone. Don't put my baby at risk for your call. That's the height of priveleged rudeness. Wait your turn even if you don't get your call bact til the practice closes.“
