CAUTION, PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE ........Our dog got very sick.Upon taking him to this vet we were told we coukd pay $150.00 for quick blood and get answers in 30 minutes instead of waiting for days.This quick test was gunna tell us if anything very serious was wrong with his organs,well we got the results and were told that they didn't aee anything that woukd cause concern,that his liver and kidneys were fine. We were sent home with steroids. Well our dog died within 7 days of our visit,when we called to let the vet know we were told that our dog was very very sick . Very kind and animal friendly people. My dog can be snippy towards vets. In her file at the previous vet, they had a muzzle dog warning. At ludwigs, no muzzle and my dog did so well. They took their time and did not stress her to much. Very happy pet owner.
Dr. Novak and his assistant Kyra made a very difficult situation with out dog bearable. Kyra was so kind and professional and Dr. Novak took time to discuss all options and obviously cares a great deal about the pet and the owner as well. I am eternally thankful that this team gave my boy such great care in his last moments.
