“I moved back to the area after being away for 15 years. It's so hard to find new physicians you can trust. I needed new glasses and I was specifically looking for Barton Perreira frames. That's how I found this MyEyeDr. I'm not one that likes to work with chains because I believe they exacerbate cost cutting to their benefit instead of focusing on their customers. Still, I visited to make sure they had frames that I wanted before I scheduled an appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful, I found frames I loved and made an appointment. Everything went great until I got my glasses. The lenses had a polished edge which produced internal and external reflections. It was bad. I actually took the glasses back twice to have this problem corrected. Each time, the staff was friendly and helpful. They understood the issue and did what it took to make it right. You wouldn't think that having to return glasses twice would produce a 5-star review, but my experience absolutely warrants a 5-star review. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs eye care. They have a terrific selection and staff that care. If you're looking for people who take your eye care and your customer experience seriously, don't hesitate to visit this business. I'm actually looking forward to the next time I need a new pair of glasses or contacts. Who says that!?! You won't regret choosing this team to take care of you.“

“My first visit in Dr. Yannelli's Downingtown office was exceptional! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. The waiting room is relaxing, bright, and soothing. My appointment was to be fitted for contact lenses for the first time (I'm in my 40s!), and I had some anxiety about it going in. I booked my appointment after reviewing the website, and having a wonderful phone conversation verifying Precision would be the right place for me. My expectations were exceeded at every step of the way. Dr. Yanelli is not only incredible knowledgeable, she's passionate about what she does. She is a natural in teaching patients about eye care and eye health. Her kind and patient manner and the time that she took to present my options was something that I have never experienced before in an eye exam. I used to consider myself squeamish about eyes, but Dr. Yanelli made everything very approachable and practical. The area to practice putting in and taking out my contacts was so fun (yes, I used the word fun!). They really make the process positive, and it was exactly the experience I needed to get over any hangups and anxieties I had about contacts and touching my own eyeballs. Nancy was wonderfully patient with me during my practice session. I cold easily have seen myself giving up or thinking contacts "weren't for me" if I had not been in the right atmosphere with the right people. I cannot believe that I am typing this, without wearing glasses! I am grateful that Dr. Yannelli is in the area, and that she has created such a warm environment with the best staff (everyone there is fantastic).“

He had it set up for me to have my art display coincide with his store displays but he also let me set up on the sidewalk to do a live art display. It was my most successful Gallery Walk (I've done 5 including this one) and I sold a few paintings for more than I had planned to begin with.“

LeeLee at the front desk was so patient in helping me work out the details with my insurance. “Update 11/3. I decided to try the new doctor in the practice, Dr Nader. Our appointment was at 9:15. She arrived in the office at 9:30. She looked at us in the waiting room and said nothing. When she came out to bring us back a few minutes later, she didn’t say a word about the fact that she was late. I know things happen but would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement given that we were missing school and work. I will stick with Dr Rehak in the future.Previous reviewI have been a patient of Dr. Rehak's for over 15 years. I have recommended Colonial Family Eyecare to many friends. My entire family goes here as well. Dr. Rehak takes his time to explain our eye health. He worked with me to find a lasik provider that would be a good fit for me. I never feel rushed in an appointment or while picking out frames. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. Debby is absolutely amazing. She is always patient and friendly. She knows the insurance plans very well and is always helpful navigating the various plans we have been on.“

“I received such great customer service this past Friday when i called the Royersford office to see if they would be able to fix my husband's eyeglasses (and his spare pair as well!) She said I could stop in anytime before they close at 1:00 and they'd take a look at them. When I got there, Hannah worked on the glasses so patiently, and had them repaired in no time at all. She was extremely nice - even gave me a couple extra screws in case it happens again. I truly appreciate that she was able to repair them before the weekend! “Dr. Ted is the best. He has been my eye doctor since I was a child. I experienced a corneal abrasion and Dr. Ted treated me immediately and even gave me his personal phone number to contact him if my eye was not healing. He truly cares about his patients. I left his practice (due to moving to a different area), went to a different eye doctor, and then switched back to Dr. Ted. He is worth the drive. His expertise is unmatched. 10/10 recommend. “I brought my glasses that were purchased at another chain store and was told they could not be repaired. Not only did they fix it they didn't charge me for the repair. Great customer service I'll be back.“
