About Galvin Eyes
Galvin Eyes is a reliable eye care provider that offers a positive patient experience. The office staff is described as amazing, professional, and friendly, making the process of scheduling appointments and selecting glasses easy. The doctor is thorough, patient, and takes the time to explain things clearly to patients. While some patients have had issues with progressive lenses, the office offers a 30-day return policy, allowing them to switch to regular lenses if needed. However, one patient decided not to continue their care at Galvin Eyes due to the mandatory mask policy, which they found to be ineffective and inconvenient. Overall, Galvin Eyes is a well-regarded eye care practice that prioritizes patient satisfaction and provides comprehensive eye examinations and eyewear solutions.
Reviews
I have been going to Galvin Eyes since I was a child, and there's a reason why I still see Dr. Karen Galvin, even though I live in North Jersey. The staff are so attentive and friendly, and I always feel that Dr. Karen and Dr. Peter take their time to explain your eye exam and anything you may need. I highly recommend them!
I would recommend Galvin Eyes to anyone looking for a eye doctor. I needed an appointment desperately and was able to be seen the same week I called! The office staff was amazing in scheduling and helping me pick out a pair of glasses that fit my style. The doctor was honest and answered all of my questions. He was patient with me and explained things so that I could understand them. Very happy with taking a chance on this office and I am looking forward to continuing my care with them!
