“I can't say enough great things about Dr. Bonds and her team at Bonds Eye Care! I originally came in for a routine eye exam and to explore the possibility of wearing contacts, and I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The entire team is incredibly personable and welcoming. Throughout my exam, Dr Bonds took the time to explain what she was doing and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. I genuinely felt like I mattered and was cared about as a patient.
When I mixed up my appointment time and showed up 45 minutes early they were able to accommodate my mistake.
Dr. Bonds quickly put my nerves at ease when trying on contacts. She was patient, informative, encouraging, and never made me feel embarrassed or pressured while I was learning. Somehow within an hour, I went from barely being able to touch my eye to confidently inserting and removing my contacts on my own.
The level of patient care here really stands out. I truly could not recommend Dr. Bonds and her team more.”
