After a horrible experience at America's Beat I was looking for an alternative for my grand daughter to get her contacts. Friends had mentioned Village Optical and I called and made an appointment. The ladies at the desk were so nice and got me in same day. When we got there we actually felt welcome. We were introduced to Anna to try putting in her contacts. Anna did more in 15 minutes than America's Best did in an hour. My granddaughter was so excited that she could do it. Dr Greg took her for an exam and talked to her about wearing her contacts. I came in w/o an appt. to see about getting my new lenses put into frames and Faith was so incredibly helpful and friendly! A wonderful example of customer service and exceeding patients expectations!

I never realized how much my astigmatism affected my sight until I was properly fitted and properly prescribed at Village Optical! It’s amazing! The professionals at Village Optical are kind and courteous. Their prices are reasonable and they work with insurance companies to ensure the best options are available. Even though I moved nearly an hour away, it is well worth the trip knowing I will have a positive experience. Their office is well maintained. I’m so grateful for their help!
