There ended up being a secondary problem we weren't even aware of that could have caused the tank to fail again and he fixed it right away. Really reasonable price and definitely worth it for a job well done. Our dog liked him, too, which is always a good sign. We'll definitely seek him out again for future plumbing issues.“

“We reached out late one afternoon about a leak in our utility room and got a super fast response from the plumber. Emmanuel came by right away and found out our old water heater was the problem. He gave us a clear estimate and scheduled to come back with a new water heater, plus he updated our water softener and made some needed gas line upgrades. Emmanuel was great at explaining everything, like how even small leaks—even ones you can’t really see or feel—can cause bigger issues, especially with old plumbing systems. It was impressive how quickly the team handled our plumbing emergency and got our hot and softened water working again. “Mr. Isbir came to our rescue! We just purchased a house and it was not disclose that there was a nearby abandon gas well and that the house has been equipped with a methane vapor mitigation system. The previous owners installed a French drain system in the basement which is not compatible with the methane system and DEP told us it had to be sealed as it would allow methane gas to slip into the house.

Mr. Isbir took great care in understanding our unique situation and was able to provide a quote and have his team come out immediately to seal the French drain and also seal additional cracks in the unfinished basement. Also too care of an outside drain spout issue that lead to a water marked wall in the basement just behind the methane system.

“Scott and Joel from Pleasant Hills Plumbing are fantastic! They installed a stackable washer dryer in a closet for me and their work was exceptional. This project included running new plumbing from the basement up into the closet as well as an exhaust pipe for the dryer out through the side of the house, and also required finagling the unit into a really tight space. They worked quickly and efficiently and had a great rapport with each other. They came prepared with drop cloths and also left all areas clean and tidy at the end of the project.
