“The entire team here was excellent, from the couple working the front desk, the technician, and the veterinarian himself, Dr. Heyde.

When was concerned about my dog, Gatsby, I was able to make a same day appointment. The technician and the veterinarian both listened to my concerns and were dutiful in outlining a plan of care for my dog.

Like most owners, I was worried about cost. The visit and prescription were surprisingly affordable. I was able to ask questions about different medications and strategies until we were in agreement on what was best for the dog. I left feeling reassured that I had a good plan for the dog.

I will certainly be going back for a regular checkup at a later date. This place was very well managed, clean, and has an excellent staff. Thank you!“

“Everyone is warm, helpful and engaging. The doc is incredibly thorough and confirms that you understand everything he is explaining. He is willing to modify any treatment that you are not comfortable with, but is clear what his preferential treatment is. He and his techs keep you cost updated as you go, which is incredibly helpful. The visit is followed up with a complete summary via email, and any questions you have can be texted or emailed in return. A follow up visit is scheduled, and everyone is accessible anytime that you have questions. Highly recommend!!!“

“Dr. Bowers and her team are so wonderful, simply the kindest, most knowledgeable, genuine, and dedicated! I haven't had kittens in 20 years, and Dr. Bowers and her office were so patient with my many questions and wacky scheduling needs. I left feeling equipped with knowledge that I needed (she took time to show me exactly how to clip their nails), yet also reassured that I am doing the right things as a new pet parent. “Love her and so do the kitties and that's the most important. She's wonderful trys to make a stress free visit for the cats doesn't do anything they aren't okay with. After going through two other vets one we hated and the other being penn university, she makes me feel like she is doing what is best for the cat. “What can I say? I wish we could all pass on while lying on our beds on the porch, in the full sunshine and surrounded by family, with a belly full of Reese's peanut butter cups. This was the best money ever spent. Dr. Aronson was so kind, respectful, and really listened. She let us set the pace and explained what was going to happen, both in advance and as it went on, and made sensitive suggestions throughout and giving us space as needed. After she left, she followed up with a poem based on the stories we told her about my dog, along with a nose print that she took of him. Being able to say goodbye to your dog on your own time and in a stress-free setting of your choosing is the greatest gift. I'm so grateful we had this option and I'm so glad we had Dr. Aronson there to help.“

“Whenever I go everyone is always very nice! Although vet costs everywhere are expensive these days they do their best to not charge you for things not necessary at the time. If you had a sick exam recently they don’t charge you at vet exam fee for vaccines unless it was something necessary.“
