After two weeks of trying to take care of an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis in my cat, they helped more in one hour than multiple other locations combined. I couldn’t have been happier with how we were treated and the care that Veronica was given. On top of the exceptional care she received from Rita and Dr. Brad n the exam room, and their clear, thorough communication with me, Nicole took my initial phone call simply asking for some advice. She easily could have given me the minimal amount of effort but she went above and beyond and took the time to listen to every one of my concerns, thoughtfully and caringly talked me through every one of them, put my mind at ease and was able to get us seen within an hour. Truly the best “customer service” experience I’ve ever had .They will be my permanent vet moving forward and I’d say they should be yours as well. If I could heap any more praise on them than I already have, I promise I would.”
