“Nicholas came out on a Sunday, we had no hot water. Serviced our furnace, and found other problems that past plumbers did incorrectly. Installed today, no problems, and quite reasonably priced. A local home center wanted $600 more for the same work. Tom also changed out a whole house water filter during the installation.
