Though I wasn't exactly thrilled about needing a new water heating unit, it was time. Jermaine was honest, focused on the task, kept us up-to-date, and completed the installation without issue. He also made us aware of previous installations that were botched from a service we used before Roto-Rooter. The price for new unit and installation was extremely reasonable as we were quoted an insanely high price from the last hvac service (without asking) that had came to service our central air unit. “We lost powerin half of our first floor. Every time I reset the breaker, it tripped again. I called South Hills electric and got on the schedule for the next day. Jake and Steve came out and got right to work. They had to pull every non-working outlet and switch on the circuit. Honestly, I thought they would not find the issue-but they did! A bare wire was touching a metal box and causing the problem. I was relieved to have it fixed.

It was not an emergency situation but something that did need addressed.
